Excellent location. Beautiful Chappel in basement. Comfortable bed. The rooms are dusty. Very poor breakfast. It is possible to get ham and cheese on request, but there is a language barrier that makes you give up on the request. For those who come by car, it is recommended to have lunch or dinner elsewhere.

Great quiet place to stay in Assisi. Outside the city but walkable distance to Porta Nuova entrance
This newly-renovated structure of the Umbrian Capuchin friars is both a retreat and guest house, depending on your particular needs. It's just a short walk outside the walls of the old city of Assisi, but still very convenient. The rooms are spacious and of hotel quality. Two chapels. Parking available. The staff is friendly and multilingual. Also, for my fellow Americans: screens on the windows! Meals are also available, and the food is pretty good. Recommended!
This guest house belongs to the Capuchins. It is close to the Basilica of St Francis. Awesome place.
